Yes, we can relocate you to any state within Malaysia except Sabah and Sarawak.

Car relocation FAQs
In order to confirm your booking, we need 3 documents:
1. IC (front and back)
2. Car Grant (front and back)
3. Bank release letter (if the vehicle is still under loan)
The documents can be send to us via email or WhatsApp. You can WhatsApp to 019-3008541 (24 hours a day).
Estimate time of arrival is within 2 week. Sometimes vessel may be delayed for various reasons. However, it is very rare vessel will be delayed.
Yes we do. Additional charges will apply. You may need us to provide us full address of pick up and delivery should you require this service.
We always advise our customers to purchase insurance. However, insurance is optional. We provide insurance coverage for your vehicle based on the vehicle’s value.
We strongly discourages placement of any personal items into the vehicles and will not be held responsible for any losses or damage to personal items placed in the vehicle. All personal items which are placed in the vehicle is shipped under the shipper’s own risk. Customs reserves the right to confiscate the items or penalize the customer/client in the event that personal items are not declared according to legal requirements. Electrical items are strictly not allowed to place inside the vehicle.
RORO stands for Roll On Roll Off. It is the cheapest method to transfer your car by sea across to East Malaysia. Container is much pricier and not recommended unless you have other household items you wish to include in your shipment.
Piano move FAQs
We use tools and trolleys to move your piano. It usually takes 2-4 people to move your piano. Our trucks are fitted with a tailgate that will ease the loading of your piano into our truck. We also protect the outer layer of your piano with moving blankets and stretch film to keep it pristine.
No, but you may purchase piano move insurance separately with an insurance provider.
Moving your piano does not affect the tuning of the piano but temperature, humidity can affect the sound.
Yes we can. We have a facility to store piano for you for short and long term basis. Storage charges applies.

We offer a large range of standard storage units as well as bespoke units for any size you may need. Speak to our team to determine which size room you need.
There is no minimum storage period but we operate on a monthly billing cycle so you will be billed for a minimum of a month’s storage.
There is a refundable deposit, which is equal to one month’s rent. When you provide us with one month’s written notice and you leave the room in the same condition as when you started your rental period, we will return your deposit.
We run a first of the month billing cycle. You will be charged from the day that your packed boxes have been securely stored to the end of that month. You will be liable for full month storage charges irrespective of the date you wish to have your items delivered and your storage terminated.
